The refund rule
Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund the full price. Count from the date and time of purchase on your receipt. No reason is needed, and it does not matter how much you have used the web app.
After 14 days we do not refund, unless the law where you live requires it. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
How to ask
Email patrguzz@gmail.com and include the receipt number or the email address on your Stripe receipt, so that we can find your payment. We answer as quickly as we can. Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, but your bank decides how long it takes.
If a payment's billing address turns out to be outside Canada and the United States, where web Full Access is sold, we refund it in full and no key is issued.
What happens to your key
When a payment is refunded in full, Stripe tells our server and your key is switched off. It stays off, even if you enter it again. Your browsers go back to the free version.
Please contact us first
If something is wrong, email us before you dispute a payment with your bank or card company. Most problems can be fixed faster that way. If a payment is disputed or reversed, your key is switched off.
The app
The Grid Prep app on the App Store has its own in-app purchase. It is Apple's, and refunds for it go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. This policy does not cover it.
